TAKE NOTICE, that I the undersigned Collector of Taxes of the Town of Lake Pleasant, Hamilton County New York, when having duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes for the fiscal year 2025, will attend the Tax Collector’s Office Monday through Friday in said Town of Lake Pleasant in the month of January and February only, Monday and Tuesday – 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., Wednesday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

RETURN THE LOWER PORTION OF BILL WITH PAYMENT. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE; that the taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2025, without penalty or charge of interest. On all such taxes remaining unpaid after January 31, 2025, there shall be added interest of one percent for the month of February and an additional one percent for each additional month, until such taxes are paid or until the return of unpaid taxes to the Hamilton County Treasurer pursuant to law on April 1 of 2025. April 1, 2025, is the last day I can legally receive tax payments before funds are certified to the County Treasurer.
